Who I Am

I am your Chief Provocation Officer and a Dealer in Possibility! From my early leadership roles as a youth and student worker, through a career in senior HR and commercial roles with Tesco & Coca-Cola, to my current work with senior leaders across all sectors, my strength is in asking leaders the big questions – and then helping them answer them. I use great listening, insight, humour, sensemaking, coaching and facilitation skills to draw the best from my clients and enable them to become more effective leaders. I tell it as it is and my clients emerge feeling both supported and challenged.

I am a Fellow of the CIPD, I have an MBA with Distinction, I am a Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and an alumnus of the Windsor Leadership Programme.
